See the Opportunity.
Look beyond the obvious. Challenge assumptions. Find the possibilities others may overlook.

Different Businesses. Different Challenges. One Entrepreneurial Mindset.
I've never been particularly good at sitting on the sidelines.
Throughout my career, I've been drawn to businesses and ideas that challenge conventional thinking, solve meaningful problems, and create opportunities for people to succeed.
Today, I'm actively involved in ventures spanning financial technology, business economics, modern commerce, and personal development.
My role is different in each. Sometimes I'm helping lead revenue and commercial strategy. Sometimes I'm advising founders, developing solutions, optimizing business operations, or building the infrastructure that turns an idea into a functioning organization.
What connects them is my passion for understanding how things work, identifying what's possible, and working with great people to make it happen.
I don't just believe in building what's next. I want to be part of building it.

Four ventures. Four distinct missions. Each represents a different part of what I love to build.

Merchant Intelligence. Compliance Automation. Financial Infrastructure.
My Role
Chief Revenue Officer | Subject Matter Expert | Equity Stakeholder
The financial services industry has transformed dramatically over the past three decades. Yet many of the systems used to evaluate, underwrite, and monitor businesses remain fragmented, manual, and disconnected from how modern merchants actually operate.
Qredible is working to change that.
Through its Merchant Intelligence Operating System™, Qredible helps banks, payment processors, fintechs, and commerce platforms better understand the businesses and products within their portfolios.
By combining product-level intelligence, compliance automation, continuous monitoring, and structured evidence, Qredible is creating a more intelligent approach to merchant risk and compliance.
My relationship with Qredible began as a strategic advisor, helping the team navigate the payments ecosystem, identify commercial opportunities, and develop market strategies.
As the opportunity evolved, so did my involvement.
Today, I serve as Chief Revenue Officer and payments industry subject matter expert, working with the leadership team to advance commercialization, develop strategic partnerships, expand distribution, and build sustainable revenue.
It's an opportunity to apply decades of payments experience to one of the industry's most persistent infrastructure challenges.

Payment Economics. Cost Optimization. Business Performance.
My Role
Subject Matter Expert | Strategic Advisor | Merchant Payments Optimization
For many businesses, the true cost of accepting payments is far more complicated than the rate they're quoted.
Interchange, transaction qualification, processing fees, gateway configurations, payment methods, and operational practices can all influence the economics of their payments environment.
Expense Defence helps businesses gain greater visibility into those costs and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
I serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor, conducting merchant savings analyses for active and prospective clients.
I also work directly with enterprise merchants to evaluate their payment ecosystems, identify inefficiencies, and develop optimization strategies.
This work draws on one of the areas I've been passionate about throughout my career: understanding the economics behind payments and finding ways to make complex systems work better for businesses.
For me, it's not simply about reducing processing expenses.
It's about helping businesses make more informed decisions and protect the value they've worked hard to create.

Modern Commerce. Point-of-Sale Innovation. Connected Payments.
My Role
Investor | Strategic Advisor
Commerce continues to evolve, but many businesses still operate with disconnected technologies, restrictive systems, and payment experiences that haven't kept pace with customer expectations.
Cutflow is building technology designed to make commerce more flexible, connected, and accessible.
Its modern point-of-sale approach creates opportunities for merchants, payment providers, and distribution partners to rethink how commerce technology is delivered and experienced.
As an investor and strategic advisor, I work alongside Cutflow's executive leadership team to support commercialization, strategic growth, and industry expansion.
My involvement includes developing relationships across the payments ecosystem, helping navigate card-brand certification requirements, evaluating commercial opportunities, and shaping go-to-market, distribution, and revenue models.
I enjoy this venture because it brings me back to where my professional journey began: point-of-sale technology.
Only now, the possibilities are dramatically different.

Personal Growth. Human Connection. Meaningful Transformation.
My Role
Lead Co-Founder | Operations & Infrastructure | Brand Ambassador
Not everything worth building is measured in revenue, market share, or financial returns.
Some of the most meaningful things we create are opportunities for people to reconnect with themselves, overcome obstacles, and discover what's possible in their lives.
Rebirth is a nature-centered retreat and personal-development sanctuary near Greenville, South Carolina, created to provide space for reflection, growth, connection, and transformation.
Through personal-development experiences, retreats, and intentional programs, Rebirth brings individuals, couples, teams, and leaders together in an environment designed to support meaningful personal growth.
As a lead co-founder, I'm deeply involved in building the foundation that allows Rebirth to operate and grow.
That includes back-office operations, business systems, website development, brand identity, content creation, and helping communicate our mission to the world.
I'm also an active ambassador for the organization and the belief that inspired it.
Rebirth is especially meaningful to me because it reflects an important evolution in my own life.
I've spent decades helping businesses realize their potential.
Today, I'm equally passionate about helping people realize theirs.

At first glance, merchant intelligence, payment optimization, point-of-sale technology, and personal-development retreats might not appear to have much in common.
To me, they're connected by the same principles.
Look beyond the obvious. Challenge assumptions. Find the possibilities others may overlook.

Understand what isn't working, why it matters, and how to create a better outcome.

Great ideas need trust, collaboration, shared ambition, and people willing to do the work.

Build something that makes a difference—whether that's a more successful business, a better customer experience, or a more meaningful life.

I've learned that building a successful venture isn't simply about having a compelling idea.
It's about understanding the problem, developing the right solution, surrounding yourself with the right people, and executing with intention.
And sometimes, the most rewarding opportunities are the ones that challenge you to grow along the way.
Different ventures. Same curiosity. Same commitment to building something meaningful.

I'm always interested in meeting entrepreneurs, founders, investors, and industry leaders who see opportunities to challenge the status quo.
I don't have to be the expert in every industry to recognize a compelling opportunity.
Sometimes the most interesting possibilities emerge when different experiences, perspectives, and people come together.
If you're building something meaningful, I'd love to hear about it.
Never Stop Building. Never Stop Becoming.
Challenge What's Next.
